Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 31, 2026

Tao Studio LLC ("we", "us", or "our") makes Imposter: Who's the Joker?, a pass-and-play party game for iPhone (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use the App. The short version: nothing leaves your phone.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. The App has:

• No accounts or sign-in
• No analytics
• No advertising
• No tracking
• No third-party SDKs

2. Data Stored on Your iPhone

So the table doesn't have to set up again every time, the App keeps the following on your iPhone:

• Player names you type in
• Your game settings (mode, rules, chosen categories, match goal)
• Categories and words you write yourself
• Which words and questions were already played, so they don't repeat too soon
• Your sound and haptics preferences

This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the App removes it from your iPhone.

3. Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time Premium unlock. Payment, Family Sharing and restoring purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or Apple ID. The only network connection the App makes is to Apple's StoreKit service for this purchase.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not include any third-party SDKs or services. It is downloaded through Apple's App Store, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect any personal data, we have nothing to sell, share, or transfer to anyone.

6. Children's Privacy

Since the App collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
