Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 29, 2026

Tao Studio LLC ("we", "us", or "our") makes the Loopple app for Mac (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use the App. The short version: nothing leaves your Mac.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal data. The App has:

• No accounts or sign-in
• No analytics
• No advertising
• No tracking
• No network connections of any kind

2. Your Files

The videos, audio files, images and logos you choose are processed only on your Mac. The videos, cover images and project files the App creates are saved only where you choose. The App reads only the files and folders you pick, plus your Music and Pictures folders for choosing media, and writes to your Movies and Downloads folders only when you save there.

3. Data Stored on Your Mac

So it can restore unsaved work and remember your setup, the App keeps the following inside its own folder on your Mac:

• The current session (your unsaved project)
• Your templates
• Your list of recent projects and the last export folder
• Temporary preview and audio files, which it clears on its own

This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the App and its container removes it from your Mac.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not include any third-party SDKs or services.

The App is purchased and downloaded through Apple's Mac App Store, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect any personal data, we have nothing to sell, share, or transfer to anyone.

6. Children's Privacy

Since the App collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
